How to Create/Delete/Edit/Expand Folders?

 

l   How to Create Folders?

In addition to the default folders, you can create new folders to strengthen the organization of your mails.

 

(1)       On the left menu, click Folders and then select Manage Folders.

(2)       In the [Manage Folders] page, click the icon.

(3)       Enter a name for the new folder and then click OK.

 

 

l   How to Create Sub-folders

For structured organization, you may create sub-folders in created folders.

(1)       In the [Manage Folders] page, locate the folder in which you intend to create a sub-folder and click the  icon.

(2)       Enter a name for the new sub-folder and then click OK.

 

 

Tip: Quick-Create Sub-folders

On the left menu, right-click on the folder in which you intend to create a sub-folder. In the right-click context menu, select Add.

 

 

l   How to Delete Folders?

(1)       On the left menu, click Folders and then select Manage Folders.

(2)       In the [Manage Folders] page, locate the folder in which you intend to delete and click the  icon.

 

 

l   How to Edit Folders?

(1)       On the left menu, click Folders and then select Manage Folders.

(2)       In the [Manage Folders] page, locate the folder in which you intend to edit and click the  icon.

(3)       Enter a new name for the folder and then click OK.

 

 

l   How to Expand Folders?

To expand a folder, click the  bullet to the left of the folder name.To collapse a folder, click the  bullet to the left of the folder name.

 

 

l   How to Change the Order of Folders?

You may change the order of user-defined folders based on your preference.

(1)       In the [Manage Folders] page, locate the folder whose order you intend to change and click the  icon.

(2)       In the selection menu that appears, choose your desired option.

 

 

l   How to hide or display the folders?

In the [Manage Folders] page, click thebutton to display or hide the folders.
